Māori All Blacks player Sean Wainui, 25, passes on after auto collision

New Zealand Rugby is grieving the passing of Māori All Blacks player Sean Wainui after the 25-year-old kicked the bucket in an auto crash on Monday.

A rising star who played multiple times for the Māori All Blacks, Wainui had a concise spell with the Crusaders, prior to joining the Chiefs in 2018.

He proceeded to show up for the Chiefs and broke the record for number of attempts in a Super Rugby match-up when he scored five against the Waratahs recently.

Wainui, who is made due by his better half Paige and two kids, had joined the Bay of Plenty this season.

Neighborhood media revealed Wainui was engaged with a solitary vehicle crash at McLaren Falls Park, close to Tauranga, on New Zealand’s north island.

Police in Bay of Plenty and Taupo said an individual had kicked the bucket after a vehicle had collided with a tree at around 7:50 am (nearby time).
